Vegan Green Boost Smoothie
Overdone things a little over the festive season? Give yourself a boost with this green smoothie... it's packed with protein and plenty of micronutrients.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 kiwi, peeled
4 big handfuls of spinach
1/4 cucumber
1 stalk celery
235ml 100% apple juice
2 pineapple rings
2 tsp honey
1 scoop (30g) vanilla vegan protein
200ml cold water
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve immediately.
